You could try factoring.

$6x^2-x-1=(2x-1)(3x+1)\\3x^2+25x+8=(x+8)(3x+1)\\x^2+4x-32=(x+8)(x-4)\\2x^2+7x-4=(x+4)(2x-1)$

So your expression becomes...
((2x-1)(3x+1))/((x+8)(3x+1))*((x+8)(x-4))/((x+4)(2x-1))=(x-4)/(x+4) .
