Answer: False

Explanation: A class action lawsuit requires more than just a general or concern about the subject at hand. Class action lawsuits require both a basis of measurable monetary damages to a group of people effected directly by the company or there actions and some measure of malicious intent.

Note: malicious in this case does not necessarily mean the company caused damages to create harm - just that there was some level of awareness to the issue being brought up but no action was taken to prevent/stop/or report the issue

(though it certainly does still apply if the company DID intend for there to be actual harm - which is exceedingly rare)
