Answer:

When I was in high school, I read a variety of books and texts, ranging from classic novels to Shakespearean plays to contemporary non-fiction. I read them in a variety of ways; I read some of them in a traditional sense, just focusing on the words and making sure I understood them. For others, I read them more analytically, looking at the structure and the author's use of language. For example, when I read Shakespeare I would focus on the poetic elements, the metaphors and the use of language to create a specific mood. I felt like my reading was fairly effective in high school, as I was able to get a general understanding of the text and its themes. However, I think that I will need to change my reading approach for university. I will have to become more analytical and focus more on the details of the text, as well as looking at the context and the history behind it. I will also need to develop my ability to make connections between texts and to draw conclusions from my reading. I'm sure that with practice, my reading skills will become better suited to my university studies.

Explanation: It is 198 words, i hope you enjoy.
