Answer:

The judge will advise the jury that it is the sole judge of the facts and of the credibility of witnesses. They will note that the jurors are to make their decisions on the evidence that is presented in the trial, and that the opening and closing arguments of the lawyers are not evidence. And it has to be a unanimous vote for the accused to be convicted.
