My PlayStation is keep saying Bluetooth audio devices are not supported on PS4. How should I fix this so it works?

Answer:

1. In the PS4 USB slot, insert your USB adapter.

2. Turn the Bluetooth headset on.

3. Navigate to PS4 Settings. ...

4. Select Output Device and then click USB Headset.

5. Select Volume Control. ...

6. Select Output to Headphones and then click All Audio.

This worked for me.
