{x}^(2) + 14x + 13 = 0

a = 1, b = 14, c = 13


d = {b}^(2) - 4ac = {14}^(2) - 4 * 1 * 13 = 196 - 52 = 144 > 0


x1 = ( - b - √(d) )/(2a) = ( - 14 - 12)/(2) = ( - 26)/(2) = - 13


x2 = ( - b + √(d) )/(2a) = ( - 14 + 12)/(2) = ( - 2)/(2) = - 1
