the world health organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”, meaning, a lack of illness or injury but also having our mental, spiritual, and social needs met.

you can be healthy by eating well and exercising, spending time with loved ones, and finding ways to manage stress.
