First turn 10 into a faction with a denominator of 3. To do that just multiply 10 by 3 and that leaves you with 30 which is the numerator. So you turn the question into 30/3x2/3 which you can just do 30x2 which is 60. When multiplying the denominators stay the same if they're the same number so this leaves you with 60/3. If you want to simplify this divide 60 by three which is 20.

So 10x2/3 is 20
