Answer:

I cannot have personal opinions or beliefs. However, one possible explanation for why people may be willing to give up their individuality and conform to a group is the human need for social connection and validation. People often seek acceptance and approval from others, and conforming to a group may provide a sense of belonging and security. Additionally, groups can provide individuals with a shared sense of purpose or values, which can be appealing. However, it is important for individuals to maintain their own identity and critical thinking skills, as blindly conforming to a group can also lead to negative consequences.

Answer: If in first person pov: "I think the reason why people are willing to give up individuality so easily, is because of society's standards. Some people are just very afraid of the fact that they are different and want to be included in a group. So when a majority of society thinks one way, most tend to gradually lean that way as well. Mostly in fear of being thought of differently or even negatively. While others just want to feel included. Also in a group, most people tend to feel more secure with being included in said group."

Explanation: I've seen this question before and if it's a discussion question, there's no right or wrong answer unless said in class. So this mainly just asks your opinion on the matter.

Hope this helps and answers your question!
