Why do you think patients are often fearful of having an mri or ct scan?

I think that they would be fearful because it may trigger Claustrophobia. CT scans, MRIs, and bone scans require enclosed or semi-enclosed medical imaging machines to capture images of the area of concern. Due to the tight space, some patients may experience high levels of anxiety and fear, making it difficult for them to stay still.
