Answer: Regina paid $4.70 more than Kyle

Explanation:

To be able to make our choice, we first have to find out how much Regina and Kyle pay! We already know that Kyle bought it for $47.50 but we are told that Regina pays $58 with a discount of 10%

This means that he pays 90% making our multiplier 0.9!

58 x 0.9 = 52.2

Meaning Kyle paid $52.20

Now we have to find the difference between our results.

52.20 - 47.50 = 4.70

This means that Regina paid $4.70
