HELP ASAP ( what to put this as math or science so i placed it in science)

Two machines are monitored for their efficiency. Machine A puts out 250 J of work for every 800 J of work put into the machine. Machine B provides 500 J of work for every 1200 J placed into the machine. Which machine is more efficient?

C. They are equal

Efficiency of Machine A =
(250)/(800) = 0.3125

Efficiency of Machine B =
(500)/(1200) = 0.4167

Hence machine B is more efficient
