In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and energy into something positive - Lee Lacocca.

Relaxing, crying, having stress is fine. Everyone does, but accepting your stress and turning it into depression isn’t. Sometimes the most productive thing to do is to relax, but not everytime. Get up and do something productive. Even if it’s tiny!!
