A hassle free type of camping is pretty much impossible, in my opinion, although RVs and cabins might be an option.
I personally do not believe using an RV or cabin passes as camping sense you aren't living in the camping experience.
For instance,
in an rv, you're not clearing a plot for your tent or even pitching your own tent.
In a rv, you're pretty much just living in a smaller sized space and different locations, not camping.
Counts for being hassle free, though!
