HELPP!!

John bought a new mountain bike to sell in his shop. He is listing the mountain bike for $648 but offering a 25% discount off that price. If he sells the bike with the discount he will still make a 20% profit. How much did John purchase the bike for?

Answer: $388.80

Explanation:

100% - 25% = 75%. 75% x 648 = 486. 486 x (1 - 20%) = 388.80
