Explanation:

Remember this trig identity? sin^2 + cos^2 = 1

(8/17)^2 + cos^2 = 1

cos^2 = 1- 64/289 = 225/289

cos = ± 15/17 since we are told it is in Q II cos = - 15/17

tan = sin/ cos = 8/17 / -15/17 = - 8/15

csc = 1/sin = 17/8

sec = 1/cos = - 17/15

cot = 1/tan = - 15/8
