Researchers found that mindfulness education, which teaches techniques to calm the mind and body, can reduce negative effects of stress and improve students' ability to stay engaged, helping them to stay on task academically and avoid behaviour problems.



The promotion of wellness within the college reduces the frequency of disease and enhances the physical and mental well-being of students. Additionally, wellness behaviors can be learned. As holistic wellness is internalized by the individual, it can reduce the issues associated with somatization, psychoticism, and interpersonal sensitivity. A holistic approach to wellness contributes to student success, and cultivating wellness is an important component of institutional success.


Ensure that you live a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy foods, get adequate sleep, exercise regularly, and refrain from using drugs or alcohol. Maintain good hygiene at all times. Building your sense of belonging requires you to spend time with friends. Make it a habit to do something you enjoy every day.
