Solution :-

$\longmapsto{ \sf 4 -2x -7 = 3 x + 15}\\$

$\longmapsto{ \sf -2x -3 = 3x + 15}\\$

$\longmapsto{ \sf -2x -3x = 15 +3} \\$

$\longmapsto{ \sf -5x = 18}\\$

$\longmapsto{ \sf x = (18)/(-5)}\\$

$\longmapsto \boxed{ \tt{ \pmb{ \red{x = (-18)/(5)}}}}\\$
