Here is your goal for this assignment:

Write a socially appropriate business letter


Write one paragraph for each of your main points.

Try to use connecting words at the end or beginning of each paragraph.

You will be graded on the following criteria:

2. inside address
3. salutation
4. body
5. closing
6. signature

2. Letter contains appropriate level of formality.

3. Make sure your essay contains no errors in conventions such as spelling and grammar errors, and is at least 150 words long.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from your company. I purchased [product/service] from [Company Name] two weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it. I expected to receive the product/service by now, based on the information your representative provided.
