Phumla is a 17 year old girl who is currently doing grade 12 at Sedibeng High School. She is planning to apply as soon as Higher Education Institutions open but Phumla is so worried and confused. She wants to be a teacher. However, her father wants her to be a medical doctor and her mother is pushing her to become a pilot.

Recommend for conflict resolution strategies you could implement to resolve the conflict between Phumla and her parents.​

In my opinion,She should follow her dream and tell her parents about it.If her parents love her truly then they would absolutely accept her request!!
