because:
35,500=9.9%
9.9%(10.1010101)=100%
^ we know this because 100/9.9=10.1010101
so to keep the ratio 35,500 must also be multiplied by 10.1010101
35,500(10.1010101)=358,585.859 round to nearest whole number so its 358,586
