Given that radius (r) = 7 cm.

We know that the circumference of the circle =
2\pi r

So, the circumference of the semicircle =
(1)/(2) *2\pi r=\pi r

=(22)/(7) *7 \ \text{cm}

=22 \ \text{cm}

So, the diameter of the circle =
2r=2*7 \ \text{cm}=14 \ \text{cm}

Thus, the perimeter of each semicircular dis =
22 \ \text{cm}+14 \ \text{cm}=36 \ \text{cm}.
