Explanation:

consider the coordinates of the centres of circles A and B

A (- 1, - 1 ) and B (1, 2 )

- 1 → 1 in the x- direction is + 2

- 1 → 2 in the y- direction is + 3

then translation rule is

(x, y ) → (x + 2, y + 3 )
