Explanation:

I can't draw it for you ( since no Desmos) , but I can tell you what it would look like

Cos wave beginning at 3 pm value ( x=0) = 75 (max)

center line at 65

Amplitude =10 :

max value 75 min value 55

One cycle will occur every 360/15 = 24 hours (x)

Then warmest will be at t = 0 (which is 3 PM) and 24 hours later = 75°

coldest will be at x = 12 hours (which will be 3 AM) = 55 degrees

at 7 pm you will be 4 hrs from the start which is 1/6th of the cycle or

pi / 3 the temp should read 65 + 10 cos (pi/3) = 70

at 7 AM : this is 16 hrs out of 24 hr cycle = 16 / 24 * 2 pi = 4 /3 pi

temp should be 65 + 10 cos (4/3 pi) = 60 degrees
