I've always fancied taking up rock climbing. I haven't done it yet because I'm a bit afraid of heights and being physically active is not something that comes naturally to me. But, I'm slowly learning how to work through my fears so maybe one day soon I'll give it a try!
The best way for me to let off steam or switch off from work is by going on nature walks in parks nearby. Taking the time to appreciate nature helps put things into perspective and allows me some peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Other activities like yoga, meditation, reading or cooking are also great ways for me to relax after a long day at work.
