Answer: (-5, 11)
Explanation: To find out how they translated it you can add the 2 points
(-5, -8) - (-7, -6)
add x values
-7 + 5 = -2
add y values
-6 + 8 = 2
Now you know the translation, apply it the the other coords
-3 - 2 = -5
9 + 2 = 11
So the answer is (5, 11)
