Then you can find the last angle by adding 78 + 53 = 180, the answer is 49 degrees. Now you have enough information to find the second triangles hypotenuse, using the law of sines which will end up being 12 inches approximately then you can use law of sines again but this time for the 1st triangle on the left. Giving you an answer of 15 inches for the whole side on the top of the triangle, but then you must subtract 8 inches, giving you the FINAL answer of 7 inches.
