Place important notes that you need to remember around the house for example the fridge so every time u go there u will see the fact u need to remember and it will make it easier to remember or you could listen to music whilst studying to make it easier to concentrate. Also when studying you should make it more fun and rather than just writing a bunch of words watch videos which are fun to watch yet beneficial to you at the same time

Make flashcards or create a fun game you can play while studying as well so it doesn't get boring.Or you can listen to music while doing it to help you.
