495 squared inches. this is part of working out the surface area of the triangle and you have to act like the slope on the triangle is the square. to find the area of a triangle you do length times width then divide it by two and for rectangle time the length by the width then add together

Answer: 495 squared inches

Step-by-step explanation:

This question asks for the area of both triangular sides, meaning that you can start by caculating one of them first and times it by two.

Formula for the area of a triangle: base x height ÷ 2

Area of one side: 15x33/2= 247.5 squared inches

Vinyl needed to cover both of the triangular sides: 247.5 x 2 = 495 squared inches
