Is there any practical way (that you implemented yourself) to improve your memorizing ability ?

Answer: Writing

Explanation: Because I used to tell myself I'll remember it later and then forget it when I had a thought for something important like an essay, writing has helped me remember things. Your fine motor skills are used less when you type than when you write by hand. A deeper sensory experience than touching a keyboard is using a pen and paper. Writing with a pen requires more dexterity than typing because each letter is made by hand. Writing makes you more likely to remember things because when you write, your brain sort of recalls the motion of your hands and their purpose.

Answer:

First, try reading what you're trying memorize out load.

Repeat the information over and over till you understand it.

Try reading and highlighting they key parts and most necessary information.

Rest every 15-20 mints.

Also, associating certain info to certain places, meaning try to connect things you are trying to memorize to things that surround you in your room or wherever you are studying. i think it kind of helps.

Hope this helps!
