You need to replace the value of x with the value 0 in the first function :
h(0) = 4*0-1
h(0) = 0-1
h(0) = -1
Same path for h(2).
h(2) = 4*2 - 1
h(2) = 8-1
h(2) = 7

Answer:

- 1 and 7

Explanation:

to find h(0) substitute x = 0 into h(x)

h(0) = 4(0) - 1 = 0 - 1 = - 1

to find h2) substitute x = 2 into h(x)

h(2) = 4(2) - 1 = 8 - 1 = 7
