0.1 in exponent form is 1 x 10^(-1).
This is because 0.1 can be written as 1/10, and 10 to the power of -1 is equal to 1/10.
So 0.1 can be expressed as 1 multiplied by 10 to the power of -1, or 1 x 10^(-1).
