The genetic materials inside the prokaryotic cells are throwen out to the extent of cytoplasm. Why?

Prokaryotes don’t have sophisticated organelles like eukaryotes. They lack a nucleus and instead have space called a “nucleoid”where DNA stands are wound up like a yarn ball.

The DNA in prokaryotes is contained in a central area of the cell called the nucleoid, which is not surrounded by a nuclear membrane
