Friendliness: being friendly help us prevent loneliness or isolation and are supportive companions as we work toward living purposeful lives

Empathy: the understanding of patients' emotions, concerns and situations, communicating that understanding to the patient and acting on that understanding.

Responsibility and motivation: a health worker will be motivated and express job satisfaction if they feel that they are effective at their jobs and performing well.
