Answer: 6.08 m/s

Step-by-step explanation:

w=mg---> (9.8)(0.3)=2.94

Fc=mv^2/r ---> Fc=r(FT+w)/m

V=sqrt(r(FT+w)/m)

sqrt(2(2.6+2.94)/0.3= 6.08 m/s
