Looking at the reaction, the balanced reaction equation is;
H_2O_2 + Fe^(2+) + 2e^- --- > Fe^(3+) + H_2O + 2H^+

To equalize the amount of hydrogen and oxygen atoms in an acidic solution, add water molecules and hydrogen ions, respectively. To maintain mass conservation, coefficients are changed and electrons are added to balance the charges.

In an acidic environment, the final balanced equation is
H_2O_2 + Fe^(2+) + 2e^- --- > Fe^(3+) + H_2O + 2H^+ and this goes on to demonstrating the equilibrium of reactants and products in the chemical reaction as seen in the equation seen above.
