Answer: Either B. 5 or C. 9

Explanation: Assuming there would be the same amount of cookies in each package, to see if they would all fit perfectly and there be no leftover cookies, simply divide 1,575 (the number of total cookies) by how many cookies could be in each package. If it comes out with "point something," then the numbers after the decimal point would be how many cookies will be leftover. 5 and 9 both end up with no decimal, so that's as much as I know.
