why do you think the employers were able to continue mistreating child employees even after the provisions in the 1833 Factory Act? What do these excerpts suggest about the importance of factories during the Industrial Revolution?

Becoz the government failed to propose strong supervision of factories to ensure that the law was being enforced...Also,due to economic needs, employees including children, submitted to the wishes of employers, since factories were imp sources of income and also were responsible for almost all necessary products during the industrial revolution....
