$(3x-4)/(4) =(7x)/(3) +2\\\\(3x-4)/(4)=(7x+6)/(3) \\\\3(3x-4)=4(7x+6)\\9x-12=28x+24\\-28x+9x=24+12\\-19x=36\\x=-(36)/(19)$
