Please help! The ritio of two houses is 4:3 and the cost of the second hose is ₹4,20,000 . lets find the cost of the first house . If the cost of the first house was ₹70,000 more , then lets find the ratio of their cost .​

First~condition:\\Suppose~that~the~first~house~costs~4x~and~the~second~house~costs~3x.\\Given,~Cost~of~the~second~house=Rs. 420000\\or, 3x=Rs. 420000\\or, x = Rs. 140000\\Cost~of~the~first~house=4x= 4(140000) = Rs. 560000\\So, ~the~cost~of~first~house~is~Rs.560000\\Second~part:\\Now,~the~cost~of~the~first~house = Rs.(560000+70000) = Rs. 630000\\But,~the~cost~of~second~house~is~still~Rs. 420000\\Their~ratio= 630000:420000 = (630000)/(420000)=(3)/(2)=3:2.\\

So, the ratio of their cost is 3:2.
