Let height be x, then radius is also x.

We know that,

C.S.A. = 2πrh

=> 308cm² = 2πxx

=> 308cm² = 2πx²

=> 308cm² = 2(22/7)x²

=> 308cm² = (44/7)x²

=> 308cm² × (7/44) = x²

=> 2156/44 cm² = x²

=> 49cm² = x²

=> √(49cm²) = x

=> 7cm = x

So, height and radius are 7cm each.
