So, I didn’t know if you wanted me to put them from (Least to Greatest) or (Greatest to Least).. So, I did both.
(LEAST TO GREATEST):
3/2, 1 8/11, -28/5, -5.2

(GREATEST TO LEAST):
-5.2, -28/5, 1 8/11, 3/2
