Explanation:

Equation of a straight line is given by Y=MX+C

GIVEN POINTS (5, 3) and gradient -12, therefore

in the form of y=mx+c to get the constant, it will be 3=-12(5)+c

3=-60+c

3+60=c

c=63

y=mx+c

y=-12x+63
