This value can vary depending on the latitude of the area. The definition of latitude is the angular distance in degrees north and south from the equator. Different latitudes get different quantities of solar power.

I'm not the best at this but I hope this helps!
The value relies upon the latitude of the range. Different latitudes draw different amounts of energy from the sun because they are measured from North to the South of the equator.
