Are the lines y=-5 and y=3 parallel and how do i find their slopes

Answer: They are both parallel because they are horizontal lines, and their slope is both 0. You can do (y2-y1)/(x2-x1), but you would see that the y will be the same for both coordinates so the slope would be 0/x.

Their slope is undefined because anytime a line is vertical it makes it undefined.
