Answer:

a. $198

b. 25 hours

Explanation:

a. You earn $11 per hour, and so if you work 18 hours, you multiply "11 x 18" to find out how much money you would make during that time period.

b. To find out how many hours you are required to work to be paid $275, you simply need to divide by 11, seeing as how that is how much you would be paid per hour. So, the equation would look like this: "275/11 = 25"

Answer:

A. $198 and B. 25

Explanation:

11 × 18 is 198, which is the first answer.

If you take 275 and divide it by 11, you get how many hours you have worked, which would be 25. :)
