Explanation:

Split them into sections.

The first one is
x(2x+1), which is
2x^(2) +x.

The second one is
(2x+x)(2x+3), which is
6x^(2) +9x.

Add
2x^(2) +x and
6x^(2) +9x, which is equal to
8x^(2) +10x.
