These are equivalent fractions. Look at each problem and find where both the tops are there like #1. Think "how do you get 20 from 5?" Well, you just times by 4.

So times by 4 on the bottom. 7×4 is 28. That is what you fill in in the blank.

On some of them, both of the bottom numbers are there and you're missing a top number. Do the same process. Like for #29..."how to get from 7 to 63?" Well, you ×9 to get from 7 to 63. So then ×9 on the top to find the number for the blank. 3×9 is 27. Fill in 27 in the blank.
