Why did American colonists believe that being taxed by Parliament was an attack on their liberty?

They lacked any representation in Parliament.
They voided all taxes passed by the colonial legislatures.
They complained that the taxes passed by Parliament were the highest in the world.
They were required to pay the taxes in person to a customs official.
