The value of the expression is -1.92.

How the value of the expression was calculated.

Given

(2/5)² * 100 divide by 2/3 + 2⁴ divide (13 -5)

(2/5) to the 2nd exponent

(2/5)² = 4/25

Multiple by 100

= 4/25 * 100 = 400/25 = 16

divide by 2/3

16 * 3/2 = 24

Add 2⁴

24 + 2⁴ = 24 + 16

40

divide by 13

= 40/13 = 3.076

subtract 5

3.076 -5 = -1.92

Therefore, value of the expression is -1.92.
